Advanced Training & Experience
After completing his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Dr. Merchant pursued fellowship training in Sports Medicine at the University at Buffalo, where he served as a team physician for the Buffalo Bulls football program.
He later worked as a team physician for the Florida Gators football team in Gainesville, Florida, gaining extensive experience treating high-performance athletes and complex musculoskeletal injuries.
This background allows him to bring a high level of precision, performance-focused care, and advanced treatment strategies to every patient he treats.
